Beam Feature Requests

Ability for Directors to hide a song from users. Would allow for directors to upload songs and release them to users when they are ready for them to see it. Use case: sightreading, audition materials, songs that are not needed this semester, etc..

Usage analytics for users to track practice time.

A quick link button that would immediately open up UDBapp to the drill file you were most recently in.

Users should have the ability to see the list of songs (burger menu) at the top right of a Setlist or Collection while outside of a Live Mode. This allows you to skip a song in the sequence (if wanted) and to not have to go back a screen to see the list of songs.

Users can now duplicate a song inside of a Setlist so that it will be displayed multiple times. Many directors have asked for the ability to, for instance, have the Fight Song as the first and last song in a Setlist.

Users should have the ability to toggle between the next and previous songs in a Setlist or Collection while not running a Live Mode. Currently only a Director (or Smart Access member) of the ensemble who is running the Live Mode can toggle between songs. This will now allow any user to enter a Setlist or Collection and move between songs without having to go back a screen.

Users will now be able to select a single part to open for all songs in their library.

A user will now be able to select multiple parts to be automatically downloaded, both currently in your library and songs that will are added in the future.

1) Eliminating the dropdown menu for parts and pages and replacing it with a swipe bar. 2) Predictive assignment of parts/pages. If part 1 of Flute is assigned, the default selection after selecting Flute will be part 2.

New instrument family "folders" with the ability to create a "Saved" folder.
